Riga is very famous for its wooden buildings, art nouveau architecture and medieval Old Town; located on the shore of the Baltic Sea. You can find everything in the city center: shopping malls, international cuisine restaurants, premium hotels, bars and 800-year old architectural masterpieces. Most of the main sights are located in the Old Town, so you should start your city tour from there.
As some of you already know, one of my offices is located in Riga and I spend there a lot of time every year. I know this city really well and have visited many places over the years. For my rubrica “The Best Of”, I would like to show you some of my favorite places in the Baltic’s Capital that can be very enjoyable if you visit the city for business or with family!
Best to have a cigar
The Oak Lounge
