If-rule can be based on external factors as well, weather for example - ‘if the weather exceeds 25 degrees Celsius, add this sun lotion to my basket.’

Such a trend lets your customers set up rules about their basket which even makes it better for customer experience. If a condition is met, then a product is added or removed automatically.

Concluding everything I would recommend for any marketer to work on Ai-enabled personalization. Artificial intelligence is transforming the effectiveness of marketing. Personalization is less time consuming for customer and it also it gives him a sense he is special. It is what people usually value – it Is like to remember someone’s birthday.
