Listen more than speak

A great listener can achieve more, analyze more, especially its mistakes. A great listener always learns from the others.  

Richard Branson has also named listening as one of his three most important leadership principles. He says, “Listening enables us to learn from each other, from the mistake that must be made in order to get anywhere that is original and disruptive.”

Always ready to fail and learn from it

Entrepreneurs risk a lot during building their business. Any risk includes probability of failure. Wise entrepreneurs accept that there will be failures, as well as successes. Often after a failure there are more opportunities to a faster grow, the most important is to see them.

As we remember Steve Jobs was dumped from the successful company that he built. But he kept going further forward.

Entrepreneurs never stop being curious and always look for new ideas. “Before something is a breakthrough, it’s just a crazy idea.”

To find your passion is almost majority part of your success. You cannot do a business that you don’t like for a long term.

As Mark Twain said, “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”

Successful entrepreneurs have plenty of business opportunities that come to them daily. But in order to focus on something great with the most potential they must know how to say no.
